What you will be doing:
Manage the R&S area for high volume agents

Ensures compliance of Recruitment KPI's
Organize recruitment team activities to achieve the goals
Ensures the hiring the right talent, with the right sourcing to the right position

Ensures the application and follow up of Recruitment, Selection and Placement Procedures.

Supervises day-to-day Recruitment, Selection and placement Procedure.
Conducts calibration and certification for new recruitment staff.
Reviews Recruitment, Selection and Placement Procedures and updates where necessary.
Implements Recruitment, Selection and Placement enhancements where needed.
Recommends Recruiting Strategies to increase headcount.

Enhance Company Branding

Facilitates Educational Tours as required.
Coordinates with Universities for Placement and/or other school activities.
Identifies, develops, and evaluates branding activities, based on knowledge of company objectives, and market characteristics, cost factors.
Conceptualizes Sourcing Collaterals.

5% Conversion Rate

Monitors total number of hires from identifies sourcing strategies.
Identify and review low yielding sourcing strategy.
Recommends initiatives to increase productivity of low yielding sourcing strategy.
Increase social networking capability

What skills you will need:

B2+/C1 proficiency in English
Upbeat, enthusiastic, and ready to make a difference in the lives of others
At least 1 year of experience in high volume recruitment (preferably on the BPO sector)
Advanced knowledge and skills with business software applications. MS Office applications. Advance Excel applications and Applicant Tracking Systems
Minimum education of Bachelor's degree, certificated.
