- Conduct research and resolve issues affecting vehicle Title and Registration
- Effectively communicate with clients, drivers, suppliers, and internal partners for renewal completion
- Update the Title and Registration system promptly and accurately
- Support team members and maintain registration processing procedures
- High School Diploma, preferred 2- or 4-year degree
- Previous Title experience is advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office, including
- Excel - data input, functions, pivots, sorting
- Word - document creation
- Advanced English skills
