Job Title:
Store Manager


Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Store Manager.

As the face of our establishment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and overseeing social media presence.

Your role will be crucial in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for expats and digital nomads in Mexico City.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome customers, ensuring a positive and friendly atmosphere.
  • Handle customer inquiries, providing accurate information about our services and products.
  • Manage the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Assist customers with their purchases, demonstrating excellent sales skills to promote our products and services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that displays are visually appealing and products are wellstocked.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for services, managing the booking system efficiently.
  • Maintain a strong social media presence by regularly updating platforms with engaging content and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to attract new customers.
  • Supervise and train staff, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Keep uptodate with industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, and management roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms for business purposes.
  • Advanced English language skills, both spoken and written.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
