    PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

    Performs in-depth and complex financial & operational analysis for FMCC in accordance with local and global guidelines. The incumbent gathers, analyzes, prepares, and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts for local and global management review.

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensures preparation of periodic management reporting for local and group purposes
  • Assist in the preparation of Business Profitability Assessments (BPA) based on Product, Customer, Contract Request for Proposal.
  • Perform monthly analysis of sales and cost of sales
  • Assist in the annual budget process and quarterly forecast updates
  • Assist in the month end close process
  • Review profitability/margins on products and parts, suggest changes to pricing models
  • Review and ensure operations comply with internal controls
  • Produce ad-hoc reports for QA, sales, marketing, and other departments as needed
  • Develop, maintain, and implement SOP specific to responsibilities
  • Gain understanding of underlying business processes and develops and continuously implements reporting improvements
  • Support the standardization and optimization of local FP&A processes in a global FP&A process framework
  • Work with country FP&A Lead and Finance Business Partners to ensure country reporting delivery in time and quality
  • Follow global and local FP&A policies and procedures
  • Other duties, reports or projects as assigned
  • EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field;
  • Professional Accounting Designation preferred
  • EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS :

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a relevant finance position in an international company (e.g. FP&A, Business Controlling, Commercial Finance)
  • High analytical skills and strong understanding of finance business processes
  • Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and financial systems
  • Excellent understanding of numbers
  • Basic Knowledge of IFRS group reporting and management reporting specifics
  • Experienced User of SAP FI/CO and SAP BI are a Plus
  • SAP Analytics Cloud and Dashboarding Skills are a Plus
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of healthcare industry preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to cooperate as part of a larger, cross-functional team
  • Structured, diligent way of working with good time management, communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
