    About the Position:

    The Integrated Planning Analyst II is responsible for supporting the global SIOP management system and related processes to improve market share, margin, and production efficiencies while maintaining customer service levels. This position is critical to the management, enhancement, maintenance, and performance of the Kinaxis RapidResponse planning tool and underlying data. The role is critical to the development and execution of the SIOP function as part of the overall business transformation to the build to stock model and advanced planning system enhancement. The role will be responsible for Kinaxis RapidResponse functional design, configuration, system enhancements, training, and support for customer implementations within Kinaxis RapidResponse for Genie's (Terex AWP) global operations. A successful candidate will have deep understanding of Kinaxis RapidResponse capabilities, configuration alternatives, implementation methodologies, and standards in SIOP activities.

    Responsibilities:

  • Lead Kinaxis RapidResponse system design and enhancements including implementation of Kinaxis RapidResponse modules
  • Lead Kinaxis RapidResponse solution development life cycle; including business requirements definition, review of functional specifications, data/system requirements, solution design, development of test plans, testing, user training, and deployment
  • Support development of global SIOP management system; including policies, key performance indicators, process metrics, dashboards, and scorecards
  • Lead SIOP team member authoring and administrator training to improve the business's Kinaxis RapidResponse competency and proficiency
  • Identify processes and measures to assess Kinaxis RapidResponse and global ERP/MRP data health
  • Lead Kinaxis RapidResponse system design of SKU/Distribution level planning including build to stock model and finished good inventory management system
  • Maintain SIOP policy, standard work, and decision-making framework to drive successful implementation and measurable results
  • Collaborate with departmental stakeholders to ensure master scheduling and supply planning data inputs align to the requirements of internal customers and system architecture
  • Act as business champion for SIOP and master scheduling master data management related projects
  • Assist in the development of systems and reporting to identify, assess, and address imbalances in supply and demand – Develop and deliver mitigation scenarios for key risks and opportunities.
  • Participate in and lead the continuous improvement, standardization of processes, and best practice development across SIOP and relevant business functions
  • Act as a change leader in the development and execution of the SIOP and master scheduling roadmap
  • Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse solution design, development, and testing
  • 3-5 year of experience with demand planning, supply planning, sales and operations, materials management, inventory management, or related experience
  • Kinaxis RapidResponse certification in the role of Author and Administrator
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills
  • Detailed knowledge of functional supply chain solutions such as ERP/MRP, Sales and Operations Planning, Demand Planning, Aggregated Supply Planning, Order Fulfilment, Capacity Planning, Inventory Management
  • Demonstrated experience with ERP and Advanced Planning Systems, including the management of solution design and maintenance of both process and data within Kinaxis RapidResponse
  • Detailed knowledge and demonstrated experience of the solution development life cycle, including business requirements definition, review of functional specifications, development of test plans, testing, user training, and deployment
  • Experience in engaging with and managing master data that supports supply chain or operations functions, such as purchasing, scheduling, or production.
  • Experience with data warehousing, mapping, transformation, and validation practices
  • Technical proficiency and experience with querying and manipulating data; SQL, VBA, or other relevant languages
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in critical thinking, influence, negotiation, problem solving, and strategic thinking
  • Demonstrated ability to influence areas not under direct control to achieve objectives and effectively communicate challenging goals and objectives
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters or advanced degree in supply chain, business, or engineering preferred
  • APICS accreditation or other related certifications
  • Experience in developing and implementing world class, global SIOP processes and managing them through deployment
  • Exposure and experience in industrial manufacturing processes, principles, and practices; preferably at production site and corporate levels
  • Experience in working internationally in a fast paced, reputable global manufacturing company
