Your team responsibilities

The role of Analyst, ESG & Climate Marketing, sits at the intersection of the ESG and Marketing teams and is pivotal in accelerating our ESG & climate solutions business, with a focus on regional Canada, US, and Latin America priorities as well as global campaigns.

Your key responsibilities

This is a highly collaborative role with great opportunity for impact, working across the ESG business, and with members of the marketing team in PR, content, design, digital, events, and product. MSCI ESG is an established player in the field, pushing the envelope on investordriven solutions, standardsetting, transparency, and research across asset classes. We are looking for an actionoriented marketing professional with a passion for building a sustainable future to jump into a fastpaced, high growth team setting the standard for ESG & Climate investing.
Work collaboratively to deliver solutions marketing campaigns, from vision to strategy and execution, including success metrics and audience / segment targeting
Source, secure, and deliver on advertising and sponsored content opportunities to support product and research campaign goals
Successfully project manage campaign deliverables crossfunctionally at the firm and with external agencies and developers where necessary
Coordinate and oversee regular maintenance and updates of ESG & Climate evergreen collateral, pitchbooks, factsheets, and brochures
Stratify and respond to requests from the client coverage organization and product teams for new clientcentric materials
Lead on building innovative digital events representing both local needs and global priorities
Develop and maintain relationships with key ESG & Climate industry organizations, serving both investors and corporates, including the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI), local Sustainable Investment Forums (SIFs), Council of Institutional Investors, International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN), and others

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or related field
Demonstrated understanding and passion for ESG and Climate investing and/or corporate sustainability, with a preference for marketing experience at a financial institution with a strong ESG integration story
Demonstrated ability to develop, refine and communicate the various voices and messages of the company to key stakeholders; as well as strong project management skills to coordinate and influence the different teams globally
Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders across corporate environments, professional services, etc.
Excellent program management, administration, and organizational skills
Ability to embrace and take ownership of projects
Global awareness and sensitivity in working across time zones and cultures
