    JOB PURPOSE

    Job Description

    Assist in the management and supply of materials to different areas and maintain operational flow. This position is crucial for the OEA and/or CTPAT certification.

    KEY ACTIVITIES

    • Fill out the Daily 5's verification sheet.
    • Replenish material on the line.
    • Organize material on racks or usage points.
    • Return material to the warehouse.
    • Perform model changes.
    • Assist specialists in material cycle counts.
    • Handle inventory shortages.
    • Dispose of cardboard, plastic, and other packaging materials in cages.
    • Move pallets of finished product to shipments (for those assigned during the shift).
    • Move gray trays and black boxes, take them to the warehouse.
    • Support in the implementation of SPS.
    • Search for material spaces.
    • Complete assigned trainings in a timely manner.
    • Participate in incident investigations related to product quality, safety, health, and environmental impact.
    • Use PPE within production areas.
    • Report any acts or conditions that could endanger your life and that of your colleagues.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Required Education:

    • Completed secondary education.

    Required Work Experience:

    • Materials, warehouse, production lines, SAP (desirable).

    Required Skills and Knowledge:

    • Knowledge of line replenishment, part numbers, inventories, and material counts.

    Responsibilities associated with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO 45001 Management Systems:

    • Comply with Quality, Environmental, and Health and Safety operational controls.
    • Adhere to Quality and EHS Policies.
    • Support the achievement of Quality, Environmental, and Health and Safety objectives and goals.
    • Correct and timely completion of document control forms.
