What you will bring to the team
End costumer support, Field engineering support, Support Stores on site.


What you will be doing:

Your typical day as a Toshiba
Cust Supp Assistant I will involve:

  • Work effectively with the client in the different areas and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal areas, 2nd level Support and Purchasing.
  • Support to develop solutions
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Naturally To be successful in this role, you must have and know of

  • Industrial engineering or related
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in support PC ́s
  • Enterprising and committed to success
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • English (50 % written and spoken)
  • Excellent spelling
  • Analytic to resolve problems

Preferred Skills:


  • Excellent handling of Excel (Pivots, financial formulas)
  • Preferably with some project certification
