Web Operations Administrator
For multinational company with headquarters based in the US


Requirements:


  • Bachelors completed
  • English language proficiency (almost native)
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model (remotely and inperson)

Work Experience

  • 13 years of experience working with
    ecommerce systems
:


  • 13 years of
    merchandising/retail managementexperience (retail ecommerce preferred)
  • Knowledge in
    Magneto's ecommerceplatform preferred.
  • Working with
    customer's date for marketing and business purposes
:


  • Advanced Excel skills
    (able to work with extended data bases)
:


  • Change
    pricing in web sites
:


  • Setting up product's data such as
    "style, colors and attributes/characteristics"
:


  • Support the
    Merchandising area to setup online products
:


  • Ecommerce products assortment analysis to guarantee they meet the accuracy and completeness from the data entered.
  • Collaborate with
    "SEO" (Search Engine Optimization)vendors to execute and manage essential URLs, metadata introduction (custom titles, descriptions, canonical designations, etc.) and redirect updates.

Marketing activitiesknowledge such as payments, re-marketing, retentions, display and allies.
