The Role

What will I be doing?

  • Create and stabilize existing and upcoming growth tools in coordination with the product/data teams
  • Develop and coordinate Growth cashback system to engage/retain merchants
  • Orchestrate inapp communication channels (snackbars, widgets, banners, notifications center)
  • CRM maintenance (remove roadblocks) and account management coordination with provider
  • Collaborate closely with key decisionmakers for the Product and Growth stack revamping:
  • Participate in events and attributes mapping for all Clip's product flows
  • Align Growth expectations with new stack integration planning
  • Collaborate with DS to create a strong attribution and analytics loop crossplatforms.
  • Enable better crossteam execution
  • Orchestrate Data Science and Product sprint plannings for Growth requests
  • Create or improve processes and workflows to improve Growth execution
  • Support the implementation of advanced communication strategies (if needed)
  • Bachelor (or equivalent) in Product Management, Business or Economics.
  • Experience: +3 years of experience in Product Management or Product Growth within a tech company (Fintech is a plus)
  • Understand all elements of the product development lifecycle
  • Experience with Customer Data Platform, product analytics, custom events architecture and CRM
  • Familiar with PRD and able to adjust product requirements to optimize impact and user experience
  • Problemsolver, especially when it comes to attribution or custom events tracking
  • At ease with crossteam collaboration and complex decisionmaking
  • Must be highly organized, detailoriented with a sense of prioritization
