Part-time from 6:30am to 11:30am Monday through Friday / 11:30 to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday

80% Bilingual speaker both oral and writing (English and Spanish)

Reliable transportation required

Current offer $97 pesos per hour

Custumer service position, focussing on the platform TFORCE

Help customers move freight in a timely and most cost-effective way, providing logistic solutions

Job Duties:
Colaborate with internal and external customers to track shipment status

Interpret and comprehend pricing agreements to accurately quote customers

Book and build out BOLs

Develop relationships with outside carriers to handle loads

Ensure data integrity from the start of the load to the billing cycle is closed

Monitor and manage load status from quoting to booking to tracking customer ́s shipments

Provice detailed reports on various shipping metrics

Manage aging reports

Perform quality control on all shipping documents

Become an expert at all models of assigned transportatins (LTL, VOLUME, Partials, TL, Rail, Air and Ocean)

Prepare operational analyses for various client shipments
