Job Description and Requirements

Bachelor Degree on any Administrative area

English intermediate advanced

Excel intermediate advanced

Excellent communication knowledge:
effectively listening to difficult situations, needing analysis, solving problems and making recommendations

  • Support for the administration and processing of returns, refusals, DOAs and remarketing orders
  • Respose to internal and external customers requesting support
  • Provide support in the returns, refusals, DOA and remarketing orders
  • Document the corresponding and defined fields in the workflow
  • Track cases and fail outs until you resolve and get to top off orders in system
  • Excellent communication knowledge:
effectively listening to difficult situations, needing analysis, solving problems and making recommendations.

  • Analyze problem input returns, refusals, DOAs and remarketing orders, find a solution for either internal or external client
  • Receive new returns, refusals, DOAs and remarketing orders as well as special requests from internal groups and process them according to guidelines and HP systems on time.
  • Document in each order and in the case management tool, everything that is representative and needs to complete the case 100%. The foregoing, in accordance with the internal/external audit guidelines
  • Review, monitoring, evaluation, transfer and analysis of inventories
  • Inventory Disposition Management

Salary:
$13,000.00 per month
