    Job Title: Customer Contract Manager


    Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Customer Contract Manager to join our team at Enovis Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating, structuring, and administering contractual documents that establish business relationships with vendors, customers, and partners.


    Key Responsibilities:




    1. Negotiate and structure contractual documents to meet business objectives

    2. Work with sales and service teams, as well as the legal department, to ensure compliance with company policies and government specifications

    3. Analyze contracts to ensure they meet requirements and standards

    4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development



    Requirements:




    1. Degree in a relevant field, such as business, law, or finance

    2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management or a related field

    3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
