    Job Description

    Main Objective

    The Engineering Change Coordinator is a key interface between the automotive customer and the Bosch cross-functional team & departments and is responsible to implement low to mid complex ECRs with customer involvement successfully containing Wiper Systems Products.

    What challenges will you have?

  • Support of quotation calculations including scenarios and detailed plausibility checks (including product costs, logistics, sample, tooling and application development costs)
  • Perform kick-off meeting for the ECR
  • Achieve ECR objective and targets (customer milestones, budget and profit, quality procurement) incl. escalation if ECR targets are jeopardized.
  • Coordinate customer samples (technical version, ordering and tracking)
  • Coordinate engineering changes with customer information (design changes, replacement and capacity tooling, cost reduction ideas)
  • Support of invoicing of special revenue (including tooling, application development costs and samples)
  • Report to the regional leadership team on ECR status, escalations, OTD, cost reduction projects and special topics using Steering Committee, HOT Topic, Project Execution Tracking, and other meetings
  • Provide framework for the ECR activities
  • Qualifications

    Who are we looking for?

  • A bachelor's degree in industrial, Mechanic, Mechatronics or related.
  • From 1 to 3 years of experience managing projects preferable in Automotive Industry.
  • Advanced English level is a must.
  • Technical Knowledge

  • Strong Project Management skills and knowledge of project management standards / practices
  • Good computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, mainly Excel.
  • Knowledge on AIAG Manuals (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, etc)
  • MS Project
  • Effective ability to deliver learning products, services, and solutions in a collaborative and cross functional global environment, with an understanding of the user perspective.
