- Support of quotation calculations including scenarios and detailed plausibility checks (including product costs, logistics, sample, tooling and application development costs)
- Perform kick-off meeting for the ECR
- Achieve ECR objective and targets (customer milestones, budget and profit, quality procurement) incl. escalation if ECR targets are jeopardized.
- Coordinate customer samples (technical version, ordering and tracking)
- Coordinate engineering changes with customer information (design changes, replacement and capacity tooling, cost reduction ideas)
- Support of invoicing of special revenue (including tooling, application development costs and samples)
- Report to the regional leadership team on ECR status, escalations, OTD, cost reduction projects and special topics using Steering Committee, HOT Topic, Project Execution Tracking, and other meetings
- Provide framework for the ECR activities
- A bachelor's degree in industrial, Mechanic, Mechatronics or related.
- From 1 to 3 years of experience managing projects preferable in Automotive Industry.
- Advanced English level is a must.
- Strong Project Management skills and knowledge of project management standards / practices
- Good computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, mainly Excel.
- Knowledge on AIAG Manuals (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, etc)
- MS Project
- Effective ability to deliver learning products, services, and solutions in a collaborative and cross functional global environment, with an understanding of the user perspective.
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks as needed.
