    Job Title: SAP FICO Functional Specialist

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP FICO functional specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing operational support in SAP FICO, ensuring operational excellence in the SAP functional areas of SAP FICO & Taxation, and resolving incidents within prescribed service level agreements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide Operational Support in SAP FICO.
    • Ensure operational quality for all issues pertaining to SAP FICO functionality.
    • Responsible for Strong Configuration Experience in SAP FI-CO.
    • Analyse functional requirements.
    • Implement approved Change Requests/OSS into the system.
    • Perform tests – Unit, Integration, NRT and provide test results.
    • Support SAP Basis team to perform detailed planning & project management of implementation activities for updates & patching where required on functional module level.

    Requirements:

    • SAP FICO functional candidate with at least two+ full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementation and four+ years of industry and/or consulting experience.
    • Automotive / Discrete Manufacturing (MTS) Experience is preferred.
    • Strong analytical and conceptual way of working and entrepreneurial thinking.
    • Skilled as a team member, team lead or Solution Architect on at least one full cycle implementation.
    • Very good knowledge of Organization structure methodology and its application in practical situations.
    • Good understanding of SAP FICO module integration with other cross functional modules e.g. MM, QM, PP, SD, LE & HR.
