    Overview

    Impact Advisors Mexico offers staff augmentation services for medical practices, hospitals and health systems in the United States. Our goal is to provide supportive training programs that foster success.

    • Ensure smooth operation and optimal performance of clinical applications within the EPIC Electronic Health Record (EHR) system by designing, building, and testing application functions while minimizing errors.
    • Offer training and guidance to end users on how to navigate and utilize Epic software effectively.

    Bilingual proficiency with experience communicating fluently in English.
    Prior experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
    End-user support experience a plus.Bachelor's degree required Full-time position. Comprehensive paid training period Company-paid holidays Monday-Friday ,7 AM-4 PM
