Job Description

The Controls Engineer will be responsible for planning and coordinating all installations, including heating, electricity, plumbing, equipment control, etc., as well as refurbishments of installations.

1. Carry out documentation and payments of the different dependencies that provide services such as water, electricity, rents.
2. Manage maintenance of equipment to comply with health safety audit standards including projects supplies inspection building structures repair renovation facility staff supervising outside contractors insurance plans service contracts financial non-financial records analysis forecasting personnel schedule availability managing responsibility compliance enforcement reporting inventory monitoring
