Identify, design and develop new processes and requirements as part of a highly engaged and integrated engineering team.

You will be a key technical focal point across Honeywell AERO advanced manufacturing engineering teams creating solutions that meet the dynamic needs of our new products from concept development through the start of production.

By collaborating with internal customers and broader engineering teams, you will influence manufacturing cost, yield, and schedule execution.

As a technical expert, you will leverage advanced tools and simulation techniques to deliver high impact business results while acting as a technical leader and coach for other engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

Ownership of assigned products and lead the necessary response to technical issues that are affecting the production of hardware in the Operations Centers
Resolution of these issues will require a strong sense of urgency, leadership across multiple disciplines inside and outside of ISC Engineering and robust problemsolving using Design for Six Sigma principals.
Clearly and concisely convey subtle or complex messages to a variety of audience
Lead or coordinate productivity improvement projects

YOU MUST HAVE:

Bachelor's Degree in engineering or equivalent (professional license and degree).
Proficient English communication skills both written and verbal

- + 5 years' experience in aerospace products and manufacturing processes

Ability to understand design requirements and prepare technical documentation, design manufacturing processes
Availability to travel

WE VALUE:

Master's Degree in engineering, Science, Technology, or Business
Ability to understand design requirements (GD&T) to develop manufacturing/R&O processes
Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing Certification
Source Certifying Agent: Chemical Processes, Welding, Braze, Heat Treat, Cable & Hardness, Composites
CNC machining, CAD proficient a plus
Robotic welding programming skills
Test equipment troubleshooting
Ability to work independently
Track record of successful contributions to projects
Project Management, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multitask projects
Strong technical, analytical, problemsolving skills
Passion for engineering, technology, aerospace
