    Misión

    The Partner of Transactional Services, Due Diligence, is tasked with leading detailed financial assessments of complex transactions, providing key insights to help clients make informed decisions regarding investments and acquisitions. The goal is to identify risks, uncover opportunities, and assist clients in deriving value through strategic transactions.

    Perfil

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead teams in conducting comprehensive financial analyses in due diligence processes for mergers and acquisitions.
    • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their strategic objectives and provide financial solutions that maximize transaction value.
    • Assess financial risks, identify synergy opportunities, and highlight areas to improve profitability.
    • Develop and present detailed reports with clear findings and recommendations for clients.
    • Develop business strategies that drive the area's growth by identifying new market opportunities.
    • Supervise team work to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact transactions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. MBA preferred.
    • Extensive experience in financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, or consulting.
    • Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex due diligence projects.
    • Strong analytical skills and in-depth understanding of financial statements.
    • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and present complex findings clearly.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Customer-oriented, with exceptional skills to identify and meet client needs.
