Job Description

The Logistics Compliance Analyst will provide support to the Global Logistics Compliance team. This position will be focused on activities that ensure international shipping activities comply with relevant Customs regulations, laws, and internal policies. The position will support auditing international shipping transactions to ensure import and export transactions are executed by regulatory requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Audit import/export filings to ensure adherence to Customs and other government regulations;

• Coordinate and support compliant processing of international shipping activities;

• Support manual creation of shipping documentation;

• Maintain and manage import/export recordkeeping process;

• Maintain documentation regarding policies and written procedures;

• Provide day-to-day support for the Logistics Compliance department;

• Produce a variety of correspondence, reports, and presentations using appropriate software;

• Assist with special projects including risk assessment, internal audit, and investigation support;

• Collect, compile, and analyze data and provide summaries and observations to the manager;

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
