Descripción
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer Remote with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, enhancing our CRM systems functionality, and improving business processes.
This role demands a balance of technical proficiency, project management skills, and a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices. The candidate will also be responsible for Salesforce standard administration in addition to some development. Standard functionality is always preferred.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
Utilize Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and API integrations to enhance platform capabilities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements, customize the platform, and enable users to get the most out of Salesforce technology.
Conduct code reviews and maintain high development standards across the team.Troubleshoot and fix bugs within Salesforce applications to ensure smooth system operation.
Stay updated with new Salesforce features and functionalities to provide recommendations for process improvements.
Manage multiple project priorities and deliverables within a fastpaced environment.
SKILLS
QUALIFICATIONS
3 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, including handson experience with Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Lightning and CPQ Configure, Price, Quote software by Salesforce.

Strong understanding of best practices and functionality.
Certified Salesforce Developer Platform Developer III preferred.
Experience with Salesforces integrations and API development.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies.
Bachelors in computer science is preferred but can be substituted with a combination of Certifications and experience.
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

This is a 100 remote position for residents from any state in Mexico.
