Develop training plans for all positions in the plant, based on the specific needs of each position and customer requirements.

Organizational development plan for all Staff in the Plant.

Coordination of training events inside and outside the plant

Keep updated the annual training plan of all the staff of the plant

Maintain updated Training records for in the System of Labor Ministery (SIRCE)

Support to attend audits of Labor Ministery in matter of Training

Support and attend audits IATF in matter of training

Support and attend audits ISO 14001 in matter of trainning

Training record in Tress System

Keep updated and publish matrix of operative personnel skills

Manage system of certifications and re-certifications for direct labor employees (BTO)

Lead and manage direct labor "Certification Program"
