Interacts with:

LA Strategic Planning Manager, Regional Project Planner, Production Site team, Supply Chain team, Engineering, Innovation others Productivity Improvement Coordinators and other teams when needed.


Activities:


  • Lead and coordinates Seed Productivity efforts within the production location, receiving guidance from the Regional SPM, Regional Project Planner and Local Leadership Team.
  • Identify improvement opportunities across all the Seed Production process for the assigned site(s) based on current needs, gaps, goals, data, or any other source. Prioritize improvement opportunities based on potential benefit, Strategy and Business Priorities. Build and execute the site Project Portfolio.
  • Ensure site discipline related to action plans implementation, KPI tracking, milestones achievement, meet project deadlines and sustain improvements over time. Track Improvement plan execution, identify potential risks, facilitate Pre-Mortem analysis, and escalate issues that can ́t be solved by site management.
  • Interact with other PIL's, share and adopt best practices, project key learnings and success stories. Prepare reports and project updates for different audiences when needed.
  • Collect and validates data, performs statistical analysis to identify trends and insights when needed. Lead and facilitate training sessions, productivity assessments, data collection plans, workshops and other activities related to process improvement on site.
  • Ensures timely communication and collaboration with all key stakeholders.
  • Be a change management agent on site.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Ag Business, Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or equiv. field.
  • 5 years' experience in Seed production process.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication across all organization levels, able to Influence others without authority, disciple to implement improvement plans under challenging deadlines and collaboration with different roles and backgrounds across the site.
  • Capable of enabling team functionality and promoting team commitment and success to common objectives.
  • Strong analytical aptitude: ability to take complex information and summarize it in a meaningful way.
  • Basic English level.
  • Willingness to learn and selfdeveloping.
