    • Serve as the domain expert and advocate for best practices in product development, working closely with designers, developers, and quality personnel.
    • Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, for our UX Design System.
    • Collaborate with Product Management to scope and prioritize new requirements.
    • Develop and present documented requirements to stakeholders for feedback.
    • Work with UX designers to create seamless user experiences that meet the needs of Blue Yonder's product portfolio.
    • E nsure the Design System aligns with business objectives and reflects the vision of the Chief Design Officer.
    • Demonstrate new functionality to stakeholders for feedback.
    • Gain a deep understanding of business requirements across various Blue Yonder product suites.
    • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the domain, customer and user needs, existing products, and competitive landscape.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Foster a collaborative environment that drives excellence in teamwork.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
    • 4+ years of Business Analyst or Customer Engagement experience in user experience design systems, component libraries, and UX frameworks.
    • Enterprise software user experience expertise; consumer experience background is a plus.
    • Agile methodology, scrum team management, and backlog grooming experience.
    • Excellent problem-solving, written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.
    • Cross-functional collaboration and strategic thinking.
    • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
