Currently we are looking for our next:

Coordinador Logística Bebidas y Customer Service LATAM

Which is the main objective of this role?

  • Coordinate the beverages distribution from Plant to customers across LATAM and Caribbean Islands providing a world class customer service measured in an annual survey.
  • Establish the correct communication within internal and external contacts considering the different languages, time zones and cultures.
  • Manage all cutomer ́s purchase orders, including the following points:
  • Coordinate inland and ocean freights when needed.
  • Manage possible add / cuts with customers and suppliers.
  • Billing process.
  • Shipments follow up with customers and freight forwarders.
  • Ensure that correct information is declared in customs and exports documents are created.
  • Anticipate any possible delays or scenarios that may represent an operational risk.
  • Prioritize and execute tasks in a timely manner.
  • Follow up customer's claims when product and/or delivery doesn't meet their expectations.
  • Ensure and support the correct execution of new Import/Export LATAM Beverages projects.
  • SOX compliance and Sugar Rebate program support.
  • Maintain KPI's 97% on time delivery, on time load & on time fill rate and process efficiency in less than 2 days.
  • Support Franchise team to reach sales target.
  • Develop new strategies to improve I/E LAB performance.
  • I&E recorded sales MMD

What will you be doing?

  • Timely order processing while coordinating and execution of Logistics process inland ocean for customers. While maintaining KPI ́s 96% on time delivery, on time loan & on time fill rate.
  • Guarantee correct logistics process for new import/export LATAM Beverages projects and ensuring high quality delivery.
  • Work with LD&T Coordinator on enabling and executing lang term strategies in collaboration with franchise teams (Incoterm negotiations, capacity improvements, claims policies, system updates).
  • Support Franchise team reaching sales targets.
  • Deliver excellent customer service.
  • Work with the SSC Finance Control team to ensure financial month closing and accrual supervision and alignment of the business.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor Degree International Business & Commerce / Industrial Engineering
  • English proficiency.
  • SAP previous knowledge / Order management experience.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office.
  • Previous experience on Customer Service and Supply Chain.
  • Problem resolution
  • Strategic Planning.

  • Import / Export processes
