    Senior Manager, Software Engineering - Full Stack

    We're seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Manager to lead our software engineering team. As a full stack expert, you'll drive the development of innovative solutions that marry data with emerging technologies.

    About the Role

    • Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers to create solutions that meet regulatory needs.
    • Share your passion for staying on top of tech trends and mentoring other engineers.
    • Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions.

    What You'll Do

    1. Drive major transformation within Capital One by leading technology projects and teams.
    2. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and share knowledge with the engineering community.
    3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

    Requirements

    • 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
    • 1+ year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
    • 4+ years of people management experience.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • 9+ years of experience in Java, Go, or Scala.
    • 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service.
    • 7+ years of people management experience.
