Regional Sales Engineer (Gripping Systems) - BAJÍO: Guanajuato, México- SCHUNK Mexico is looking for the best talent as Regional Sales Engineer located in Guanajuato. Our territories in Bajío Zone have large customer bases as well as growth potential for someone with strong skills sales, maintains good relationships with our customers and always manage to exceed their service and consulting expectations that little bit more.

  Responsibilities:
• Attend and develop the zone: Bajío
• Source and grow sales with new high potential business
• Prospective new customers and recovering lost customers
• Generate sales reports in CRM system
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers
• Perform postsale work achieving customer satisfaction
• Works with inside sales representatives to keep account sales projects
• Travels throughout assigned territory to achieve sales
• Achieve sales KPI ́s by product line (Gripping technology, automation technology)

Job Requirements:

• Degree: Electric, mechatronic, industrial engineer or related career

- +2 years of sales experience working in metal mechanic industry

• Strong negotiation skills
• Field Sales experience is a must
• Pneumatic and electronic knowledge
• Passion for selling
• Customer service skills
• Customer development skills
• Ability to function independently with no supervision in the zone
• Highly motivated with strong organizational skills
• Disciplined selfstarter with ability to multitask
• Upper Intermediate English is a must
