Main Responsibilities:

Plans, coordinates, and performs manufacturing engineering work for a project or process.
Operates in a team environment within the enterprise product delivery process.
At this level, projects are of limited scope and responsibility; work plans and decisions are made within established guidelines and will be reviewed by Lead engineer supervisors and work closely with lead engineers on some work directions.
May assign coordinate and review portions of the work from Non-Deere employees.

What Skills You Need:

- +1 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering.

Experience working within multicultural groups.
Fluent in English verbal and written advanced communication skills.
Background in Engineering (mechanical, production, etc.).
Skill in using computer aided design and/or engineering tools.
Knowledge of manufacturing and/or distribution processes, quality, tooling, tool design, total preventative maintenance and facilities.
Understands the Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP).
Working knowledge of database management tools, the various loan accounting systems, and process management systems.

What Makes You Stand Out:

Knowledge of unit processes and operations.
Skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation and conflict resolution.
Understanding of Order Fulfillment Process.

Education:

Degree in an Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience
University Degree (4 years equivalent)
