Position Summary:


We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer who possesses a blend of technical and hands-on experience in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.

As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing manufacturing processes which improve production efficiency, reduce quality issues, and increase workplace safety.

Overall Responsibilities:


  • Analyze and improve the effectiveness of current manufacturing processes.
  • Analyze and improve the efficiency and quality of manufactured parts.
  • Develop efficient process flow, manufacturing fixtures, and manufacturing work instructions.
  • Develop manufacturing bestpractices and guidelines.
  • Assist in evaluating, resolving, and auditing quality issues.
  • Initiate continuous improvement projects throughout the company.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:


  • General understanding of all manufacturing operations within the company.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, written, verbal communication, and handson skills.
  • Proficient in Computer Aided Design software such as SolidWorks or Creo.
  • Able to prioritize and take initiative with mínimal guidance.
  • Able to help facilitate actions and work with others across multiple departments.

Education & Training/Experience:


  • Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
  • Five or more years in related work experience plus relevant education preferred.

Pay:
$26, $32,000.00 per month
