Descripción del empleo

Liderar todos los recursos disponibles necesarios para mantener un Liderazgo de Control de Calidad efectivo de un equipo de ingeniería (técnicos / ingenieros) para cumplir con los objetivos del departamento.

Asegurar el proceso de fabricación y la liberación de la línea y la estabilidad del proceso.
Asegurar y coordinar el seguimiento de los indicadores, establecer la comunicación con entidades externas. Definir presupuesto.
Alcanzar los objetivos técnicos. Planificar mantenimiento y crear FMEA y dar seguimiento.
Promover mejora continua y las actividades para llevar al cabo las mejoras.
Promover la seguridad, salud y protección del medio ambiente de acuerdo a la norma ISO 14001/ ISO 45001/ CD03800 y Normas aplicables.

Requisitos:

Nível Mínimo de Estudios:Ingeniería
Inglés Nível Avanzado
Procesos de Fabricación (test / ingeniería mecánica, trazabilidad / SW / ingeniería industrial).
Métodos de solución de problemas (8D, Fishbone, 5Why, 6Sigma / Shainin, etc).
Procesos de automatización
Comunicación y Negociación
Procesos de producción y manufactura (PFMEA, MSA, SPC, SPM)
Conocimiento ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949 / IATF 16949
