HR & Talent Specialist (M/F/d) - Mexico City:
HR & Talent Specialist to join our Global HR Team


Your Skillset:


  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to meeting organizational goals are paramount
  • Knowledge of the outsourcing industry as well as excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Exposure to employee relations, compensation and benefits practices is a plus

Your Role:


In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Case management of the full Onboarding and off boarding processes, management of immigration details, background screenings, etc. with a risk mitigation mind-set.
  • You will support the full life cycle of our employees, manage the administration of all leaves of absence in partnership with regional HR/professional development teams.
  • Employee benefits management, including sourcing and evaluation of benefit program options, managing annual renewal process, and managing the daily administration of employee benefits. Also, you will be the first point of contact for our North and South American employees on benefits, payroll and other HR matters.
  • Aid in addressing concerns, solving complex HR issues and administering general policies.
  • Responsible for managing the analysis and reporting of HR data with the use of our databases. Focus on continuous process improvement to drive efficiency and consistent team performance including defining best practices, active knowledge sharing and championing HR projects within the team as needed.
  • Advising management on employee relations issues and handling these issues with managers as appropriate.
  • Supporting employee communication, including internal newsletter, employee meetings, etc.
  • Support Managers in the recruiting and hiring process (finalizing job descriptions and compensation, posting jobs, interview support, and offer negotiation & communication).
  • Support onboarding process for new employees, including insuring prehire steps are completed for reference and background checks, testing, equipment and workstation planning.
  • Produce routine metrics and reports on recruitment/staffing (when required)
  • Coordinate and manage select contingency recruitment agencies and temporary agencies. Represent the organization at job fairs.
  • Work closely with the hiring manager in setting expectations, participate in final interviews held by hiring manager thus offering full HR support of high value, for the decision making process
