    About the Role:

    Omron Healthcare seeks a talented Performance Marketing Specialist to spearhead our digital marketing strategy and drive efficiency, conversion, and profitability across multiple platforms.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies, ensuring optimal ad spend allocation across channels like Amazon, Mercado Libre, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and Programmatic Advertising (DSP, DV360).
    • Plan, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns, adjusting bidding tactics and audience segmentation to meet key performance indicators such as Spend, Sales, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Conversion Rate (CR), Acquisition Cost per Sale (ACOS), Buy Box win-lose, and Cost per Click (CPC).
    • Evaluate and challenge agencies and suppliers to guarantee the effective execution of advertising strategies.
    • Collaborate with the eCommerce and Sales teams to define attribution models and conversion strategies, focusing on data-driven decision-making.
    • Negotiate with marketplaces to ensure premium visibility and growth opportunities through sponsored campaigns, featured content, and more.
    • Enhance product content and Product Detail Pages (PDPs) with a focus on Digital Trade Marketing for improved conversion and ranking.
    • Analyze and report on data using tools like Nubimetrics/Virtual Seller, Google Analytics, and Business Intelligence to inform strategic decisions.

    Requirements:

    • 4-7 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or eCommerce, preferably in industries such as healthcare, retail, or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
    • Proven track record in managing campaigns within marketplaces like Amazon and Mercado Libre.
    • Expertise in Retail Media and paid media strategies, including Pay-Per-Click (PPC), bidding automation, and ad spend optimization.
    • Strong negotiation skills and ability to establish mutually beneficial partnerships with agencies and marketplaces.
    • Advanced proficiency in English.

    Desired Skills:

    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Data-driven decision-making and strategic thinking.
