    About the Role:

    This position will be in charge of supporting the LCM strategy on setting campaigns, creating specific journeys, and segmentation for our different audiences. Data Analysis will be very important, so after every campaign is deployed we need to understand the results so we can create new audiences or campaigns for the next months. We need someone that is extremely data-driven and has CRM experience, as well as understands HTML, CSS & Javascript, so they can support coding emails and setting any new feature that we need for those emails.

    This position reports to the Lifecycle Marketing Manager and this role can be fully remote in México.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    Create a Data Driven Lifecycle Strategy - Audiences & Segmentation.

    Develop Emails.

    Data Analysis, look for key insights that help LCM & Business Strategy to improve month over month in the member journey.

    What We are Looking For:

    4-5 years of work experience in a professional setting as CRM Coordinator or CRM Manager

    Proficiency with HTML, CSS, Javascript

    Excellent communicator, to explain complex data.

    Desire to work in a fast-paced high-growth environment.

    Attention to detail and organization, proven ability to prioritize within a multitasking environment; highly organized.

    Fluent English.

    Need to be proactive and very organized.
