The business Intelligence supervisor will support the CX team to launch surveys and provide results, analyze performance and trends against objectives and develop action plans to close gaps, providing the analytical inputs for continuous improvements based on performance analysis and trending issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the CX team to launch surveys and provide results, analyze performance and trends against objectives and develop action plans to close gaps, providing the analytical inputs for continuous improvements based on performance analysis and trending issues.

Transform data into insights that can help to improve the value of the business and identifying the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the KPI ́s of the organization.

Data visualization and mining software programs to make inferences about customer satisfaction.

Responsible for working closely with Performance Management to provide the customer feedback with business analysis expertise, report creation in a tactical capacity, evaluating internal and external customer requirements

Monitoring the results of data analysis

Education/Certifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering (systems, TI, etc,), Business Intelligence or related field

Previous Work Experience: 3+ years of Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.

Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Experience with Agile and SCRUM processes and methodologies.

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Credibility and confidence to discuss high priority issues with senior leadership team members

Language:
English Fluent - Advanced

Computer Skills:

Strong knowledge and experience with data reporting tools including Microsoft PowerBI (must), Tableau, SQL, etc.

Strong knowledge of productivity tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Competencies:

Negotiation capabilities.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening and presentation skills

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
