Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _

Quality Engineer_

- role involves_

Maintains quality engineering programs, standards and improvements within the organization._

What a typical day looks like:

_ Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation._

- _ Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating and reporting quality and reliability data._
- _ Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and devises methods to assess cost and responsibility._
- _ Directs workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product or process quality and reliability._
- _ Compiles and writes training material and conducts training sessions on quality control activities._
- _ Supports Product Engineers and Quality Program Managers with customer interfaces as necessary on quality related issues._
- _ Assures data availability and integrity for all quality related data. Consolidates and reports quality results._
- _ Initiates corrective action requests as needed and tracks to satisfactory completion._
- _ Assists with development and implementation of quality audits._
- _ Responsible for developing, applying, revising and maintaining quality standards for processing materials into partially finished or finished products._
- _ Designs and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and/or production equipment._
- _ Analyzes reports and returned products and recommends corrective action._
- _ Establishes program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement and analytical equipment and facilities._
- _ Approves product, process and equipment qualifications._
- _ Provides liaison to various regulatory bodies_

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

_ Experience as Quality Engineer in electronics manufacturing industry_

- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_
- _ Knowledge in PCBA process._
- _ Experience in Customer Communication_
- _ Personnel management_.
- _ 8d's, control plan, parets._
- _ Fluent English_
