Descripción
Responsibilities:
Effectively manage the production plan to meet daily build rates and ensure date fidelity on finish dates.
Ensure adequate material availability and capacity availability prior to release of production orders to operations.
Monitor production operations progress to ensure that build execution is occurring as actions to address and resolve aging orders (aged WIP).
Act as the focal point for reporting and resolving all issues impacting production schedule execution. Develop (if needed) and monitor recovery plans.Lead/support efforts to understand root cause and corrective actions for process failures relating to execution of the production plan.
Participate in tiered accountability processCompletes work with some supervision
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, technical or related discipline or 1-3 related years of experience
Additional Qualifications:
Ability to effectively interact with and influence all levels of internal customers.
Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated strong bias for action and demonstrated effectiveness as a change agent for process improvement.
Demonstrated problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and meet objectives.
Solid understanding of SIOP, Inventory Management, MRP, MPS, and Procurement.
Ability to multi-task and assess priorities in a complex and demanding environment.
Ability to deal with ambiguity.
Understand ERP/MRP systems; particularly SAP and Rapid Response
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel,Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) and other computer systems.
