Position: Public Relations Associate
Location: Remote (PST Timezone)

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM (PST)

About Us: Join our dynamic team, a leading firm in the public relations landscape. We are seeking a Public Relations Associate to support our efforts in creating impactful media strategies and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Media Monitoring: Keep a vigilant eye on media coverage related to our clients, ensuring thorough coverage reports.
2. Media Lists: Build and maintain comprehensive media lists to facilitate effective outreach and engagement.
3. Client Reports: Compile weekly client status reports, highlighting key media activities and results.
4. Administrative Support: Handle essential administrative tasks, including writing meeting notes and managing documentation.
5. Content Contribution: Contribute to the creation of articulate written content, such as press releases, pitches, client updates, and potentially social media content.

Requirements:

• Exceptional spoken English is a must.
• 2+ years of experience in Public Relations.
• Fundamental understanding of PR goals and objectives.
• Strong research skills with an attention to detail.
• Clear and proactive communication skills.
• Eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with PR databases such as Cision, Muck Rack, or Meltwater.
