- Maintenance and Consolidation of IT license and license contract inventory.
- Data maintenance of IT license records in license management tool.
- Management of IT license portals provided by various vendors.
- Quality assurance of IT license inventory data (Commercial Inventory).
- Monitor of maintenance of extensions of licenses.
- Support maintenance renewals (internal research, identification of internal contact persons).
- Obtaining quotations and communication with resellers.
- Coordination between technical department and purchasing department.
- Internal research on SAP orders, proof of licenses, contracts.
- Support license audits and business carve out.
- Bachelor's degree in IT Related Field or Commercial.
- Understanding of business-relevant basic legal implications for IT related licenses.
- Knowledge of (IT) operations in relation to license management.
- Good knowledge of SAP - especially MM, FI.
- Good knowledge of Office365 - especially Excel.
- Precise and analytical approach.
- Independent working style, strong communication skills.
- German Speaking / Writing is a Plus

The IT License Management Specialist will play an important role in ensuring smooth day to day operations of the MAHLE's Applications and Contracts for Licenses. Responsibilities will include the monitoring of Licenses and Contracts related to Applications supported by IT for End Users.
