- Utilize the Birchstreet computer system to create purchase orders required by different departmental areas.
- Collaborate with your supervisor or manager to analyze inventory movements, provide feedback on current actions, and suggest improvements to achieve established goals.
- Maintain daily operational logs.
- Fulfill requests for spare parts and materials, prioritizing those essential to guest operations and experience.
- Report to your supervisor any incidents preventing the timely availability of requested materials or parts, suggesting alternatives if necessary.
- Be accountable for all provided equipment and tools, ensuring they are well-maintained and reporting any wear and tear or misuse promptly.
- Properly handle magnetic and metal master keys provided for your duties, ensuring they stay within the hotel premises, specifically in the security booth.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in warehouse management.
- Luxury hotel experience (Desirable)
- Knowledge of construction materials, electromechanical spare parts, plumbing, and general engineering tools.
- Advanced understanding of Birchstreet software.
- Familiarity with hotel quality standards and service expectations.
- Highest level of integrity and transparency.
- Ethical decision-making approach to situations.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
- Work in a safe, prudent, and organized manner.

Warehouse Assistant Role
You will execute and carry out, professionally, efficiently, and courteously, the actions and procedures instructed by your supervisor for the control and recording of materials, tools, and spare parts used by the hotel. This will help achieve the daily, weekly, and monthly objectives of the department. While this is your primary function, as a member of the Engineering Department, you may also address reports generated by various departments, based on your professionalism, experience, and technical knowledge. This daily professional growth aims to enhance customer satisfaction, meet all Four Seasons policies and standards, and ensure continual self-improvement.
