**Job Summary
Describe the purpose of the job

Drive sales growth with established customers by managing customer relationship, providing technical direction, and increasing productivity for our customer.

Key Job Responsibilities
List each key responsibilities in order of importance

Manage 110 established customer relationships.
Maintain existing business and grow share of wallet with assigned customer accounts within assigned geography.
Takes handoff from Sales Engineer (hunter) when account reaches certain level of sales volume.
Leverage CRM to track activities and NOVO
Determine key objectives required to win and resource requirements/risks
Develop and maintain deep technical knowledge on a particular endmarket and stay uptodate on latest industry trends to continually improve customer productivity.
Provide technical expertise on products (e.g., product lifecycle obsolescence), customer programs (e.g., product upgrades) and customer cost savings initiatives.
Maintains intense market knowledge of competitors and market gaps.
Support Sales Engineers by providing technical expertise when closing new customers.
Coordinate with Inside Sales rep(s) and Sales Support to grow sales within assigned accounts plus troubleshoot customer gaps as needed.

Minimum Level of Education (for Job):

High School
Associates/Technical
Bachelor's Degree
Master's Degree
PhD

Degree in Business and or Manufacturing and or Engineering preferred. 5-10 years of related experience preferred. CMP Program certificate preferred. (Certified Metal cutting Professional). Entrepreneurial. Creative. Analytic. Assertive. Competitive.

Years of Relevant Work Experience Required: 5-8 Years

Preferred Areas of Education, Certifications, and Skills:
Valid drivers license required
