RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrate leadership of the Human Resources area in all the operations of the different functions.
- Align local personnel with the requirements of corporate strategies so that they are executed properly and on time, meeting the expected goals.
- Serve as a guide and direction for Human Resources issues in the plant.
- Develop metrics, policies and procedures, with systems and tools that manage the area and streamline the achievement of objectives.
- Determine the guidelines that adhere to local legislation and internal policies in matters of human resource administration.
- Have a significant role in local business decisions, as well as in the development of middle/high managers who occupy strategic leadership positions.
- Serve as leader and give direction in talent management projects to ensure consistent use of corporate programs in local practices.
- Get involved in the strategies that define the talent attraction processes.
- Lead the process of union negotiations and the labor process before Local and Federal Boards of Conciliation and Arbitration, as legal and labor representative of the company.
- Actively participate in review boards with the union.
- Lead the measurement of the work environment and the implementation of the action plan to improve the organizational culture.
- Coordinate and implement change programs, organizational efficiency and development of highperformance culture and project support. Guidelines and establish the guide for internal communication and recognition processes.
- Design and execute talent retention and attraction strategies.
- Support the Global HR team in sharing best practices in the area.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT(S):
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology or related field.
- English (Advanced, Business)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT(S):
- Knowledge about compliance with laws and government institutions such as STPS, Ministry of Health, IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot, among others.
- Management of personnel and conflicts at operational, technical, professional and management levels.
- Experience in manufacturing industries, preferably automotive.
- Microsoft Office domain, especially Excel with an advanced level.
- Experience in creating, developing and implementing strategies aligned to the business with a human approach.
- Experience dealing with unions, negotiation of CCT, RIT, among others.
- Logical thinking, strategic planning, results orientation, leadership and ability to influence and develop the team.
- At least 5 years of experience with staff in charge.
- Experience in managing different HR areas (Training, Training, Human Development, Communication, Labor Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Occupational Health, among others).
- Knowledge of the Mexican Federal Labor Law.
- Knowledge of compliance with laws and institutions
