Position Purpose


In this role, you will join a fast-paced Human Resources team serving employees, managers, and HR colleagues for the Mexico region.

We are looking for team members who enjoy helping employees find answers to their HR related questions and have a strong interest in improving how HR delivers.

A successful team member will be very detail oriented, possess a problem-solving mindset and a keen interest in improving existing processes.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide firstline support mainly, but not only face to face to hourly employees on various HRrelated inquiries and deliverables such as HR policies and procedures, benefits, payroll, and HR programs.
  • Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure effective and efficient HR services delivery related to hourly processes.
  • Assist with the administration of GPS programs and initiatives, such as onboarding, offboarding, talent and performance management.
  • Participate in GPS HR projects as needed.
  • Contribute to the development, maintenance, and improvement of GPS procedures.

Skills and experience:


  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Psychology, Administration with 1+ year of experience in Human Resources field, preferably in manufacturing plants environment.
  • Bilingual/native proficiency in Spanish & English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentially.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and to build strong working relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with and understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with HRIS tools as Workday is a plus.
