- Master at least 2-3 modules in the Workday HCM product suite
- Perform the following on a client engagement: understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the building of prototype configuration, assist the client in testing.
- Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday.
- Assist the Integration Consulting team to configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party/custom solutions.
- Understand Workday's Implementation Methodology and use it on all client engagements.
- Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday's proven solutions.
- Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants.
- Help deliver successful project outcomes and lasting client relationships.
- 3+ years of functional experience in HCM, Core Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, Advanced Compensation or Learning software systems
- 3+ years Consulting experience.
- English communication skills, written and verbal

- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
- Experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
