Join KECH Development, an international real estate development company headquartered in New York City. We are looking for a skilled and motivated sales business development specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales and implementing marketing strategies to promote our projects.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and drive sales for our projects.
  • Identify potential clients and establish relationships through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify target demographics and develop tailored marketing campaigns.
  • Create persuasive sales presentations and marketing collaterals to showcase our projects to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather project information and create compelling marketing content.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, making datadriven adjustments to optimize results.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify business opportunities.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and effectively convey information to clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with crossfunctional departments.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue.
  • Familiarity with market research methods and the ability to analyze data and trends.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling contracts, proposals, and other salesrelated documents.
  • A proactive and resultsoriented mindset, with a passion for sales and marketing in the real estate industry.

Location:
Polanco, Mexico City (No remote work or applicants)
