    Especialista en Marketing de Redes Sociales

    Licenciatura en marketing digital o campo afín, con al menos 5 años de experiencia.

    Solidez en el idioma inglés a nivel intermedio y avanzado para comunicarse con fluidez.

    Ubicación: Trabajo híbrido desde Chihuahua.

    Responsabilidades:

    • Definir estrategias de comunicación para campañas online y offline, aprovechando las redes sociales.
    • Planificar, ejecutar y seguir estrategias de contenido para redes sociales, optimizando su alcance y impacto.
    • Analizar tendencias para proporcionar recomendaciones proactivas y oportunas que impulsen la visibilidad de la marca.
    • Crear reportes de desempeño de campañas, destacando métricas cuantitativas y cualitativas que den cuenta del éxito alcanzado.
    • Colaborar estrechamente con equipos internos y liderar reuniones con clientes, asegurando una línea de comunicación clara y efectiva.
    • Aplicar conocimientos en marketing digital, incluyendo SEO, SEM, publicidad en redes sociales, marketing de contenidos, email marketing y otras estrategias innovadoras.
    • Capacidad para trabajar con herramientas digitales como Trello, Asana, Jira y otros plataformas de gestión de proyectos.
    • Ejecutar proyectos completos, desde su planificación hasta su implementación y seguimiento, garantizando siempre un alto nivel de calidad.
    • Análisis exhaustivo de datos y métricas de marketing digital para evaluar el rendimiento de las campañas y tomar decisiones informadas que maximicen sus resultados.
    • Identificar áreas de mejora continua y ajustar tácticas según sea necesario, basándose en evidencia y datos objetivos.
    • Liderar equipos multidisciplinarios, promoviendo un ambiente colaborativo y productivo que fomente el crecimiento profesional y personal.

    Pago estimado: Se pagará $25,000.00 MXN mensuales + beneficios
