Currently we are looking for our next:

Analyst Financier 3PDS

Which is the main objective of this role?


Establish and manage activities oriented to the analysis of financial statements that strengthen decision-making and strategic planning, in a timely and consistent manner.


  • Establish and manage the necessary activities oriented to the analysis of financial statements that strengthen decisionmaking and strategic planning.
  • Coordinate the analysis of the indicators, parameters and/or relevant financial variables.
  • Responsible for information & KPIs analysis to Distributors in PMF
  • Preparating P&L and financial proposal to development distributors (Generate scenarios for the development of territories)
  • Visibility financial performance of customers (110) through the analysis of their P&L vs PepsiCo P&L for the corresponding territory
  • Periodic monitoring through SC and P&L analysis
  • Monitoring compliance with national implementation plans
  • Support to the 3PDS team with SC
  • Creating forecast and AOP for Distributors

What will you be doing?

  • Establish and manage the necessary activities oriented to the analysis of financial statements that strengthen decisionmaking and strategic planning.
  • Coordinate the analysis of the indicators, parameters and/or relevant financial variables.
  • Provide overall support for the period end results and preparation of forecast
  • Take financial control of the project ensuring compliance with the AOP and anticipating future expenses
  • Create, update, prepare ongoing periodic business reports
  • Give visibility into customers' financial performance (110) through analysis of their P&L vs PepsiCo P&L for the corresponding territory
  • Develop P&L for the evaluation of territories to be developed as part of the 3PDS strategy
  • Working across multiple Finance functions to deliver Period forecast
  • Understand key drivers of the P&L
  • Performance analysis to distributors, including explanation of variance to plan, forecast and year ago
  • Maintain complex Excel models
  • Manage exceptions through verbal and written interactions with customers, sales and sales finance team
  • Collaborate with sales and finance functions on adhoc projects
  • Forecast & APO and (annual/monthly)

Qualifications:

Who are we looking for?

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in finance and planning for postgraduates (commerce, accounting, finance) (6 to 7 years of finance experience for Chartered accounts preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree: Bachelor's degree in finance or actuary, with a financial focus.
  • Strong excel and MicroStrategy skills, Ability to create dashboards and visibility for different teams
  • Able to work independently and takes initiative
  • Capable of managing multiple time sensitive priorities simultaneously
  • Consistently shows urgency, courtesy, and patience
  • Exceptional communication skills.
