The Role**
You will

  • Ensure the team execution to accomplish the business goals
  • Maintain and improve relationships with suppliers, reaching negotiations to improve area indicators
  • Measure drivers' performance, discipline and customer experience service
  • Support process improvement activities associated with process inefficiencies and/or new functions currently not performed in daytoday operations

Requirements:


Experience:


  • Bachelor Degree in Logistics or related to the field
  • Experienced in the last mile industry at least 3 years or in the delivery area as the main Operations owner.
  • Demonstrated people managing for at least 2 year.
  • Demonstrated experience to effectively manage workload and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with suppliers such as DHL, Estafeta, 99 minutos, Fedex, Redpack or others
  • Required experience working with vendors invoices, invoice tools, purchase orders, or any other topic related to the invoicing processes

Skills and attitudes:


  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Full understanding of the KPIs and OKRs within an Operations Teams
  • Very oriented to problemsolving within the Team assigned, supporting areas or any external vendors
  • English and Spanish speaker: business conversation.
  • Demonstrated effective decision making in the midst of change in responsibilities, work processes, timeframes, performance expectations, organizational culture or work environment
  • Ability to negotiate with positive interpersonal relationships
  • Be able to keep a healthy environment within the organization and the teams accross the Operations supporting areas
  • Have the ability to multitask when is required based on the Operations needs or under pressure
  • Understanding how the financials may work for the organization and how the Operations teams impact.
  • A high understanding of the companies cultures to orient or focus results towards those pillars or behaviours, be a role model

Bonus:


  • Desirable to have experience in the specific industry of FINTECH and/or STARTUPs, specifically in the delivery area
