- Accounting activities: Performing accounting and administrative activities fulfilling corporate policies, internal procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Account reconciliation : Account reconciliation and follow up of open items and support to internal and external clients about Purchase to Pay questions.
- Optimization opportunities: Identifying simplification or automation opportunities on the daily activities and processes and providing support with internal and external audits.
- Communication & Continuous Improvement: Identify and communicate process issues and opportunities to supervisor. Also, execute activities related to continuous improvement projects or special information requests.
- Implement accounting processes: Working with others to implement accounting processes, reporting requirements and system optimization.
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting/ Finance/Business-Related.
- Previous experience in Finance, Accounting and Administrative positions.
- English proficiency, capable of maintaining business conversations.
- Experience using SAP or other financial planning systems.
- Intermediate - Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and Power Point.
- Must have the ability to manage conflicting/changing priorities with tight deadlines.
- Strong teamwork skills, strong analytical and communication skills and be detail-oriented and customer service oriented.

Attend the internal and external audits and reconciliate Accounts Payable GL accounts to reflect the appropriate balance.
