    As a Reporting Analyst you will generate and calculate all the Accounts Payable Reports, KPIs and SLAs for our internal and external costumers in timely manner and quality, acting as important point to inform the performance for the account payable team.

    Attend the internal and external audits and reconciliate Accounts Payable GL accounts to reflect the appropriate balance.

  • Accounting activities: Performing accounting and administrative activities fulfilling corporate policies, internal procedures, and statutory requirements.
  • Account reconciliation : Account reconciliation and follow up of open items and support to internal and external clients about Purchase to Pay questions.
  • Optimization opportunities: Identifying simplification or automation opportunities on the daily activities and processes and providing support with internal and external audits.
  • Communication & Continuous Improvement: Identify and communicate process issues and opportunities to supervisor. Also, execute activities related to continuous improvement projects or special information requests.
  • Implement accounting processes: Working with others to implement accounting processes, reporting requirements and system optimization.
  • Your Recipe for Success

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting/ Finance/Business-Related.
  • Previous experience in Finance, Accounting and Administrative positions.
  • English proficiency, capable of maintaining business conversations.
  • Experience using SAP or other financial planning systems.
  • Intermediate - Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and Power Point.
  • Must have the ability to manage conflicting/changing priorities with tight deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork skills, strong analytical and communication skills and be detail-oriented and customer service oriented.
