    Description

    Mission:

    Generate purchase orders to different suppliers, local and foreign, of products and services, ensuring timely compliance with deliveries and managing imports if required.

    Main responsibilities:

    • Receives purchase order requirements through Hitachi systems and is responsible for generating purchase orders to different suppliers, local and foreign.
    • Coordinate deliveries with factories on time and in accordance with negotiations.
    • Updates supplier databases according to their level of compliance.
    • Monitor and update SCM KPIs.
    • Participate in quality audits of suppliers.
    • Support in the development and search of new suppliers.
    • Participation in external audits to validate compliance with Hitachi's internal standards for SCM tasks.
    • Management of imports of materials, equipment and accessories.

    Your background:

    • Bachelor or Graduate of: Industrial Engineering, foreign trade, business administration or related careers.
    • 1 - 2 years of experience in purchasing department.
    • Advanced level in English required.
    • Basic level French desirable
    • Basic experience with the fundamentals of contracts and clauses.
    • Fundamental aspects of purchase orders.
    • Desirable experience with purchasing electrical projects.
    • Microsoft Office Intermediate-Advanced Level
    • Knowledge of SAP ERP.
