- Receives purchase order requirements through Hitachi systems and is responsible for generating purchase orders to different suppliers, local and foreign.
- Coordinate deliveries with factories on time and in accordance with negotiations.
- Updates supplier databases according to their level of compliance.
- Monitor and update SCM KPIs.
- Participate in quality audits of suppliers.
- Support in the development and search of new suppliers.
- Participation in external audits to validate compliance with Hitachi's internal standards for SCM tasks.
- Management of imports of materials, equipment and accessories.
- Bachelor or Graduate of: Industrial Engineering, foreign trade, business administration or related careers.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in purchasing department.
- Advanced level in English required.
- Basic level French desirable
- Basic experience with the fundamentals of contracts and clauses.
- Fundamental aspects of purchase orders.
- Desirable experience with purchasing electrical projects.
- Microsoft Office Intermediate-Advanced Level
- Knowledge of SAP ERP.
