We are a world leading manufacturer of fasteners for the electronics and lighting industry. Our trajectory of more than 70 years supports Asia, Europe and America.


And now we are starting operations in Querétaro, a strategic area of the industrial corridor in Mexico for which we are in search of our quality manager.


Basic Purpose and Objective


Plans, coordinates, and directs a quality control program designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards, to act as the Management Representative for all ISO9001 Standards by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate and/or Team Leaders.


Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Take the lead as the Management Representative for all ISO9000 & ISO 14001 related activities and functions. Including the preparation of one facility for certification audits, as well as post audit activities.


Establish and maintain ISO9000 objectives and coordinate with all departments to ensure objectives are met and continuous improvement efforts are in place.

Work with Engineering and Operations departments to develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of the finished product

Work with Operations leadership to plan and implement efficiencies to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.

Directs staff engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.

Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability.

Investigates and addresses customer complaints as regards to quality. Serves as the primary customer contact for all quality issues.


Consult with engineering personnel relative to modification of manufacturing product drawings, machines and equipment in order to improve production and quality of products.


Daily management of the Quality Team, as well as performs annual performance appraisals and sets annual objectives for direct reports.

Ability to effectively present information to top management as well as support staff.

Participant in APQP Process and creation of all supporting documentation.

Other duties as assigned.


Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree with 3 years related experience and/or training.

Previous customer service experience within manufacturing and quality.

Ability to interpret the ISO standards and translate into effective processes applicable to production

English required 100%
